Anyone interested in getting at least one table of 8 together for the Hall of Fame Banquet, Saturday, March 23, at The Toledo Club? We had a blast last year. The tickets are $50 each and you will be supporting our classmate, Sue Hyman, who will be inducted. See you tonight in Rossford at Cinco de Mayo! !

I would like to thank everyone for their kind messages, emails and texts. I am so honored to be inducted into the Start High School Hall of Fame. Our class of 1968 is so amazing that I know most of you could have been inducted as well. We were/are the great class of '68. I am humbled by the nomination and induction.  Also thank you again to the reunion committee for your dedication and hard work. Our reunion had every aspect covered. Ric and I really enjoyed seeing everyone again and reconnecting. Thank you again!

Jan, thanks for organizing the table reservations for our class!

I will not need to reserve a space, but I definitely plan to attend the Hall of Fame Induction.  My late, younger sister, Celia, Start HS 1970, will also be inducted into the Hall of Fame on March 23. A group of her Sibs and other relatives have already reserved a table, for our "mini family reunion", including my other younger sister, Connie, Start HS 1971.  The location also has special meaning for us. Our Uncle George was a long time member of the Board of Directors of the Toledo Club. It will be pleasant to relive our Toledo days.  For me, the added bonus is to see old and new friends from our own Class of 1968 50th Reunion, which was awesome!

I remember your sharing information about your sister at the reunion. I am so glad that you will have a big group there. See you next week!

Greetings and Happy St. Patrick’s Day (almost) to everyone. I trust that everyone is getting their green out to wear on Sunday. And it is preciously because of this weekend being that day of the celebrating for old St. Pat, that Ed and I decided to hold off on having a Fundango” on Tuesday of this week, …. and instead decided to have our “Fundango” on Tuesday, March 26th of the following week.

So go ahead and mark it down on your social calendar, and plan on wearing your green threads to our “Fundango” as well, your Spartan green. That way we can celebrate together either the extension of St. Patrick’s Day or the B1G’s best chance of winning the NCAA tournament, as March Madness gets under way.

And just where is our March “Fundango,” you may be asking, well it is none other than,  Ye Olde Cock N Bull, neighborhood pub, in downtown Toledo. So plan on heading on down to 9 N. Huron Street, right across the street from the entrance to the Mud Hen’s stadium, on Tuesday, March 26th.

Additional details, regarding the available amenities, to follow:
