Long time no see, I hope that all is well with you and that you are preparing (as best as pandemic conditions allow) for a joyous holiday season. Regarding the Spirit Tree that we purchased and had erected in the Start HS courtyard. Ed would probably be the best resource to maybe get a picture. Ed is on the West Y board, and might have some access to the high school building. That said, as you know, because of COVID protocols, the TPS buildings are generally closed to the students. I doubt if they have done anything with it this year, since the students aren’t there to decorate or to enjoy it (but I could be wrong).
Also, the school administrator that requested that we provide a spirit tree rather than spending our money on a scholarship, is no longer there. While he was assigned to Start, our tree was serving its intended purpose, but since his departure, I don’t have the impression that his replacement shares his same vision, goals, or agenda. I say that because I was disappointed the last time that I saw our tree, and spoke with the school staff regarding our tree (but that was a while ago).
