WELL I WORKED FOR LIBBY GLASS HERE IN TOLEDO FOR 17YRS. THEN MOVED TO RANCHO CUCAMUNGA CA. AND WORKED FOR LIBBY OUT THERE UNTIL 1994.THEN I STARTED DRIVING THOSE BIG SEMI'S.OVER THE ROAD 48 STATES AND CANADA.I LOVED IT MY DISPATCHER BECAME MY TRAVEL AGENT SO TO SPEAK.ANYWHERE I WANTED MY DAYS OFF TO BE I WAS THERE.I MOVED BACK TO TOLEDO IN 2000 AND DRIVE FOR A COMPANY HERE IN TOLEDO SHORT RUNS LIKE TO TN.VA.MD.W.VA.MO. A DAY OUT AND BACK. BUT THRU THE YEARS I'VE HAD HORSE'S THAT I LOVE, AND ALTHOUGH I'VE BEEN MARRIED 4 TIMES.A STORY ALL INTO ITS SELF. I'VE BEEN THERE DONE THAT AND EVEN STOPPED TO TAKE THE PHOTOS.AS SOME OF YOU KNOW I WAS IN OUR ROYAL CHOIR? I ALWAYS LOVED SINGING AND STILL DO.WHILE IN CA. I GOT TO SING WITH QUIT A FEW COUNTRY BANDS ONE OF THEM USED TO PLAY FOR THE CMA AWARDS IN NASHVILLE. NOW ITS JUST KARAOKE,BUT ITS FUN.I LIKE GARDENING AND SPRING AND SUMMER FOR THE FLOWERS, BUT I HAVE NEVER LIKED THE WINTERS LIVING HERE, THEY WERE'NT BAD LIVING OUT WEST AND COMING BACK AT CHRISTMAS FOR A FEW DAYS THE SNOW LOOKS NICE, LETS PARTY
SOCK HOPS WATCHING THE GIRLS DOING THE JERK.MOST OF THE BOYS LINED UP ON ONE SIDE OF THE GYM AFRAID TO ASK A GIRL TO DANCE CAUSE IT MIGHT NOT BE COOL. YOU'D SEE SOMEONE WALKING DOWN THE HALLWAY WITH A ERASER MARK ON THEIR SHIRT AND ASK WHAT HAPPENED DID YOU FALL ASLEEP IN KROGELS CLASS? AND MR.HAEFNER WOOD SHOP EVERY TIME A TOOL WOULD COME UP MISSING HE HAD A FRIEND IN THE F.B.I THAT WAS GOING TO TRACK DOWN THE CULPRET THAT STOLE IT.I ALSO REMEMBER MR.GERBER TOOK A FEW OF US FROM EACH SECTION OF THE CHOIR AND JOINED US WITH GROUPS FROM THE OTHER HIGH SCHOOLS IN THE CITY AND WE SANG A CHRISTMAS CATTADA AT THE PARISTILE AND WE GOT A STANDING OVATION GAVE ME GOOSE BUMPS. AND OF COURSE THE TEEN DANCES AT THE YMCA I DON'T REMEMBER EVER PAYING TO GET IN WE JUMPED THE FENCE. AND CAN ANYONE FORGET THAT FAMOUS COIN TOSS BETWEEN US AND DeVILBISS HOW MANY TIMES HAD WE BEAT'N THEM IN 68?
Well guy's and gal's : I thought I was a gonner last March, I had to have a Quad Drupal By Pass, I'm good to go now;I guess all that partying I did caught up with me ? But with the help of relitives that had gone through it, and support of good friends, and Prayers that Jesus would see me thru, I'm here to write and tell you ,I'll probley see you at the next reuion if I don't see you before that
