In Spartan Fundango news, our next outing will be on Tuesday, October 26, starting at 4 pm, at the Frontera Sabores de Mexico Restaurant, which is located at 5375 Airport Highway.

Local nearby landmarks, if you do your own home repairs, then its right next to a Lowe’s. If you take the grandkids out to local birthday parties, it shares parking space with the local Chuck E Cheese.

My wife, Pam, and I enjoy dining at this particular restaurant, but when I saw their giant Margarita, which is so big that it requires a spigot, I knew that this would be a good site selection for one of our “Fundangoes.” Hope to see you there.

All good things must come to an end and such is the case with my 43 year acting career. I came to this realization after being invited to audition and then cast in a sweet role for the feature film "The Meli Movie" but had to decline due to complications from stage 4 COPD. The old adage of "If I knew I was gonna live this long, I would have taken better care of myself" apply's.
I want to thank my Family especially my Wife La-Li Hing , Daughters Jennifer Gilbert, Amy Plessinger , Kelly Batres &, Casey Wilson for putting up with long work related absences on location.... I only hope that retirement will be as rewarding as my career has been.....A hui hou!

Greetings,

Get out your social calendars and get ready to ink in our November “Fundango.” We all know that we are entering into the busiest time of the year with great November sporting events, Thanksgiving Day celebrations, and the beginning of the Christmas holiday season, so some serious strategizing was undertaken to find our best window of opportunity.

That said, on Tuesday, November 30th, we will be having our November “Fundango,” at the "Manhattan’s Pub ’n Cheer," on 1516 Adams Street, starting sometime around 3:30-4:00 (or whenever Ed gets there). We hope that works for everybody.

Also, as an aside, the Beningtons will be having a Gameday party, for the Ohio State vs. Michigan game, at the SpringMeadows Ralphies, on Airport Highway, on Saturday, November 27th, starting with the noon kickoff. You are welcome to join us.

Oops, Jan is correct. Our November "Fundango" is the following Tuesday, November 30th (I'm retired and have difficulty keeping track of these things).

And Manuel, be at my house, tomorrow morning at 6 am, and I'll provide both the ride to the Horseshoe and access to a ticket and the Huntington Club. I even have an apple fritter or two for you to munch on while we are on the road to Columbus.
