Thanks to the Committee and all who attended the 50th Reunion party.  I made some connections with people I hadn't seen for 50 years.  it was really fun to see everyone talking and laughing.  Kudos to all who had any part in making this a success!

Well Spartans we did it again! What a great 50th reunion. A week of fun filled activities. 3 golf outings, a trip to the zoo, 2 pizza outings, a trip to the casino for their buffet and of course our trips down memory lane at Tony Packos and two wonderful outings at the Renaissance Hotel topping it all off with the dinner and dance on Saturday night.

What a wonderful turnout we had at all the events. Classmates came in from all over the country and from as far away as Hawaii, Delaware, Washington & Florida. It was so good to see old friends and there were so many people at the Saturday night extravaganza that you couldn't see everyone that you wanted. The whole week was great and I defy any other class of graduates to out-do the class of 1968. I think Chip said it best when he said that our class was the best to ever graduate from Start High.

I want to thank the committee for allowing me to participate and make an attempt to make up for the things that I was unable to do back in the day. The committee did a wonderful job of planning and with Jan & Kim's leadership we pulled off the Reunion of the century. I especially want to thank Marge for collecting and posting all of these wonderful photos of all the events & Marc Hall for hosting our golf scramble. We got a little wet but had a great time none the less. Joe Goodell came through with the picnic and some darned fine pizza at JoJo's my thanks to him as well.

There were so many classmates that participated in the planning and execution of this past week and I want to thank everyone who contributed their time and effort to make for some wonderful memories that will last a lifetime. The trouble with Start is to stop and that ain't no B. S.. Looking forward to our next one hopefully in 5 years as we ain't getting any younger. Stay well Spartans see you soon!

Pat: well said, my friend! I would also like to thank the reunion committee and all the volunteers that made our reunion the great success we experienced. My special thanks to all who made our non-Spartan spouses feel welcome and a part of the Spartan family! Susan enjoyed herself immensely. It was great rekindling friendships and associations as far back as grade school. Again, many , many thanks to everyone! Stay healthy and stay connected!

Where does one begin to thank everyone on the committee, and the volunte

ers who were so indespensible in pulling off what has to be the ULTIMATE 50th reunion extravganza .   No words can fully express what a fantastic idea all of the activities were, giving something to interest just about everyone who might attend.

THIS class is the BEST, from any school, who was the visionary, was there one special person who dreamed this up, or as I suspect, it was a combination of forward thinking classmates who didn't want to settle for a dinner and a dance from 6 to 12 on a Saturday night.  This group of people wanted to make memories that will last a lifetime, and they wanted to make a statement, as to " JUST " who we are, the Class of 1968!

Again, events and opportunities for any and all to enjoy meeting their old friends, renewing frendships, and generally just having a great time.  Life is too short, you the committee recognized that fact, and decided to make our reunion an EVENT for the ages, befitting a 50th renuion.

I can't thank enough to all of the classmates that as Dave mentioned, made our non Spartan spouses feel welcomed and part of the "class"  Kathy enjoyed every minute of the activites, and was amazed at the depth of the committee's dedication to have something special.  As Pat said, let's do this again in 5 years, and a normall renuion would be suffice, heck, some of you will still be recoveing from all of your hard work in 5 years!

Thanks to the committee for putting on this 50th reunion!!!!!! I know a lot of work and time went into getting everything just right and we all appreciate your time and effort. I have talked to other people from other graduating classes and except for the class of 66 I haven't found any that have had all the activities and functions for a reunion that our class has had.

It was so great to see everyone that came from near and far and to see some people I haven't seen or talked to since 68.

Again I want to thank all who attended and thank the committee again for an excellant job!!!!

I hope we can do it again!

Back home in Tucson now, I will echo what many have posted - thanks so much to all of the dedicated classmates that pulled off this fantastic reunion!!  I thank you for your hard work and attention to detail that made for such an exceptional experience.  Although I only attended three of the events, I left with a big smile on my face after connecting with so many people after 50 years!!  Fifty years - really??  I am sooo glad I made the trip and appreciate all the others who came into town as well to make the reunion such a success.  You all touched my heart and I will be forever grateful.  Can't wait for my flash drive!

Wow, wow, wow! Amazing week. I keep looking at all the pictures as if I were still at each place in the now, not last week. The events were all fun and the memories will be everlasting. So good to see everyone and to those I missed, well let's just do this again.

Mega Kudos to the committee and all who made this possible. I cant wait for the photos to come out so I can relive the expeience over and over. Thanks everyone who welcomed our spouses as if they were part of the amazing "Class of 68". That my wife was having as much fun as myself made the week that much more special.

God bless the "Class of 68".

Oh how I miss not going to my reunion. I looked forward to it. But, my son called his mommie, needing help. There was/is a family crisis that is being taken care now, thank God. Please share pics so I can see everyone and maybe remember a couple. It sounded fabulous and the committee did a great job. I also saw where Start won their game that Friday night, upsetting the other team, which I forgot and I think that team was undefeated. Not sure

Has anyone else noticed that "Chip-n-Dale" are having surgeries this month? Wishing a speedy recovery for them and Edward to!

"Chip-n-Dale" (????) Ha, ha. Cute, very cute.

The good news for me is that I successfully survived today’s surgery, but now I have to strive to survive the rehab. I am spending the night in the hospital, and should be discharged around 4 pm tomorrow, and back home in time for dinner. Yeah!!!

Dale and Eddie, What am I going to do with the two of you.  I hope it isn't catchy, because, we have spent alot of time together the past two years.  Both of you take care.  Pam, tie him down.  I'm sure you can handle the patient.  Love Kim

Chip is home and recovering from rotator cuff surgery. Maybe you all can meet at rehab and tell stories. Combined you might have two good legs and two good arms!
